    Smooth, naturally sweet non-dairy milk crafted from fresh tigernuts, dried dates, and aromatic spices.

    Ingredients

    2 cups fresh or soaked tigernuts
    1/2 cup pitted dates (dried)
    1 inch fresh ginger root

    1 tsp ground cloves
    3 cups filtered cold water

    Step-by-Step Guide

    1. Soak dry tigernuts in cold water for 12 to 24 hours until plump.

    2. Drain soaked tigernuts and rinse thoroughly.

    3. Add tigernuts, pitted dates, ginger root, cloves, and 3 cups cold water to a high-speed blender.

    4. Blend on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until milky and smooth.

    5. Pour mixture through a clean nut milk bag or double-layered cheesecloth, squeezing out every drop of milk.
